The tropical campus on the Pacific coast of Guanacaste gives you the opportunity to easily work on your Spanish skills in an interactive learning atmosphere. Classes are small and made up of international students, each with a similar level of Spanish.

A dreamy, secluded beach becomes your new home!
Sámara is perfect for a quiet surf and beach experience, as well as long nights in the bars. But you can not only relax on the beach, you can also explore the nearby national parks and reserves. Although small, this typical “Tico” town has everything you need for a language study trip in Costa Rica – supermarkets, a pharmacy, a bank, a medical clinic as well as various restaurants, stores and bars.
Apart from the beautiful beach, students of the Spanish course can visit nearby Nicoya, the colonial capital of the region, or the indigenous areas where traditional ceramic crafts can still be experienced today.
In Sámara there is the possibility to live with a local host family. You will have your own room in the family’s house. This is a great opportunity to practice your newly learned Spanish skills directly with the family and to intensify your language study. You can also live in a shared room in the student residence directly on the campus of the language school. The residence has five bedrooms of different sizes, each with two to five beds. All rooms are air conditioned and have private bathrooms. There is an equipped kitchen, a washing machine, a large common area with deck chairs, hammocks and dining tables. Our language school in Tamarindo, Costa Rica
The school in Tamarindo offers a comprehensive program of private and group lessons, and in the Surf Town, of course, surf lessons that can be booked in addition to the language course. Our language school in Puerto Viejo, Costa Rica
Taking a language course and chilling under palm trees in the Caribbean sounds like a dream? In Puerto Viejo you can make this dream come true!
The language school is located in the center of the town and just a few steps from the sea. The school works with trained teachers who are native Spanish speakers and offers individual and group classes depending on the level. The group classes are held in small groups of three to six people and place a lot of emphasis on interaction and active learning. It takes place from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 13:00, after which you have the rest of the day free.
A balanced overall concept between learning and relaxation is very important to the language school. Therefore, there are sports, yoga, meditation and other leisure activities for the students to compensate.
Puerto Viejo: the “old port” is for many tourists the most beautiful spot in the country. The Caribbean has a special flair and the beaches are beautiful. Many small bays with golden sandy beaches wind along the coast. In the shade of palm trees and a breeze from the sea, it is easy to endure the midday heat.
In Cahuita and Manzanillo there are natural national parks to get to know the rainforests and their animal inhabitants. The sea invites you to swim, snorkel and on some beaches also to surf.
Your language course can be combined with many leisure activities. The town of Puerto Viejo may be small, but it has a lot to offer. The language school offers its own accommodation with double and single rooms. The house is located right next to the language school. The room is equipped with wifi, fan, mosquito net and cleaning service. There you will live in a double room with shared bathroom.
There is no kitchen in the accommodation, but you will find plenty of food options in the area. The house has a cozy common area with sofas and hammocks, a terrace and a garden to relax and meet with your classmates. It is located in the center of Puerto Viejo and the black beach “Playa Negra” is only a few hundred meters away.

Your daily schedule during the Spanish course in Costa Rica
Classes are held from Monday to Friday, five days a week, with 4 hours per day. To make learning as efficient as possible, the language courses use various interaction activities, such as group work. Through a balance of theory and practice, you will learn the language in a fun way and develop a sense of expressing yourself according to your personality.
With a 20-hour group course per week, there is plenty of time for free time. Where better to spend it than in the breathtaking nature of Costa Rica!
